The UDJAN HHO module is installed alongside the generator — no internal engine work. Brown Gas is fed directly into the diesel engine's air intake manifold, mixing with the incoming combustion air before it enters the cylinders.
Inside the cylinder, Brown Gas co-combusts with diesel fuel. It burns completely, catalysing more complete combustion of every millilitre of diesel — reducing unburnt fuel in exhaust, lowering particulate emissions, and improving overall combustion efficiency.
Because Brown Gas is generated on-demand by electrolysis, there is no compressed gas storage on-site. The system starts and stops with the generator — no manual intervention needed.
UDJAN DG modules are self-contained and compact. A single module serves one generator. Multiple modules can be run in parallel on large-capacity generators, or moved between generators in a fleet as needed. Ideal for industrial facilities with multiple DG sets.
